We need a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team in a full-time position as an Office Cleaner and Building Management Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Cleaning: Perform cleaning duties to ensure a neat and tidy office space. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas such as the kitchen, gym, and restrooms and showers.
  2. Building Management: Assist in managing the office building by overseeing maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a safe and functional working environment. This includes monitoring and ordering office supplies and managing inventory.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience in office cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.
  2. Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness.
  3. Ability to follow cleaning procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
  4. Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  5. Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and building management.
  6. Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required.
  8. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

This is a full-time position with office hours between 08:30 – 17:30. The office is located at Basingstoke.
