We are an environmentally focussed wholefood + fully vegan  restaurant currently seeking experienced Managers at every level (Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, General Manager) for our existing venue in Hackney, and our new venue also in Hackney, east London opening soon.

Our menus are all homemade using plant based wholefoods, and every dish is a celebration of local, seasonal produce. Alongside our All Day Brunch and Seasonal Small Plates menus, we serve speciality coffee, a range of teas, chais and home blend latte powders, with homemade juices, zero waste cocktails and organic natural wines and beer.

Barista skills, cocktail and mocktail mixology, a good knowledge of natural and organic wine and previous experience of working a senior or supervisory position in a plant based cafe or restaurant and Food Hygiene training are essential, as is a passion for people and plants and a friendly “can-do” attitude.

Shifts are flexible but will always include weekends + evenings.

 

What we offer:

• 40 hour working week

• Salary £30-40K (depending on experience and skills)

• 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays and annual Christmas shutdown)

More about you:

• Minimum 18 months experience of working in hospitality

• Experienced in vegan food, wines + cocktail making

• Passionate about veganism, healthy eating & nutrition

• Committed to zero/low-waste principles and sustainable working ethics

• Excellent customer service skills

• Positive and friendly team player

• Confidence and ability to work independently without supervision

• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems

• Happy to work regular weekends and evenings

• Able to legally work and live in the UK
