We are looking for a KICKASS Acquisition Specialist to help us grow The Vegan Gym brand and our online 1-on-1 coaching program, the Vegan Superhero Academy. Job Description:
In this role, you will chat with vegans (and vegan-curious people) to discuss their plant-based health and fitness goals. If they are a good candidate to join our Vegan Superhero Academy, then you will help them book a call with our sales team.
What you will be doing in this role MATTERS. The Vegan Superhero Academy is changing thousands of lives and making a massive impact in the world by helping to spread veganism. You will directly transform lives in this position and play a critical role in spreading the vegan message!

To qualify for this position, you MUST:
- Be vegan
- Be 100% aligned with our team’s Core Values
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Be analytical and data-driven
- Be able to type 50 words per minute
- Thrive in a competitive environment
- Be an excellent communicator with stellar grammar
- Maintain a 6-day rotating schedule that is 12 hours a day for 3 days (8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST) then 3 days off. You will have the freedom to largely create your own schedule during your 12-hour shifts. You can take as many breaks as you want during each shift.
- Have access to high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free environment during all working hours

Compensation:
This is a BASE PAY + COMMISSION role with unlimited earning potential. For every person you speak with who becomes a client, you will earn 5 to 9% commission based on the total monthly revenue that you produce. The annual income for this position is $40,000 to $110,000+ USD depending on performance.
