Overview
Third Culture – plantbased deli is looking for an experienced Head Barista with exceptional levels of service to join our teams.
Our brand new deli is based in the heart of London Fields where you’ll be working alongside a passionate and professional team.
Pre-requisites:
• Full-time 40-45 hours per week
• Availability on Weekends
• Immediate start
• A passion for quality coffee
• At least 1 year of experience in speciality coffee (dialling in, pulling shots, steaming and pouring milk)
• Experience with La Marzocco Linea PB
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work well under pressure whilst delivering the same quality and service standards
• Great interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
• A passion to achieve excellent guest service in everything that they do

£11.50 per hour
