Reporting to Kitchen Manager/Floor Manager
Are you looking for a challenging but very rewarding opportunity to build your already excellent culinary skills? Do you want to grow your talent in a friendly, dynamic and compassionate hospitality environment?
We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic chef at our cafe in Cambridge to work with our kitchen team.
You will be working closely with the kitchen manager and other members of the kitchen team, helping prepare vibrant dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet guests’ expectations. You will have an input into creating delicious plant-based food that inspires customers to come back, again and again, to see what is new in the cafe. We want to serve great-tasting food that just happens to be plant-based.
Enthusiastic and passionate about plant-based food, a highly organised self-starter with outstanding co-working skills. You may have a culinary qualification (or be studying for one), have excellent organisational and communication skills and be comfortable with a wide range of kitchen tasks. Experience is desirable but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidates.
