We looking for a Sous Chef with creativity, flair and passion to join our team at TWELVE EATERY. Our 38 cover restaurant offers innovative vegan dishes with high standards of food and service. Opportunity of career progression available.

There are no obvious vegan cues and most of our guests don’t even make the connection that the menu is plant-based. Twelve is defined NOT by what’s missing but by what it is!

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen

Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders

Good knowledge stock taking, stock control and produce rotation

Ability to create and develop new dishes and daily specials

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in the UK

A good command of English is essential

Creativity

Food & Hygiene Certificates

Personal grooming and impeccable cleanliness is essential

Excellent ability to maintain standards!

Optimum organisation skills

Positive “can do” attitude

Previous experience minimum 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bournemouth BH2 5RY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
