We are looking for experienced cocktail bartenders who are excited about plant-based food and drinks and are committed to our core principles to join the team at our restaurant.

What are we looking for? 

  • Positive energy and personality – always ready to welcome our guests.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to host with charm and warmth.
  • Love teamwork – the ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team.
  • Create and maintain a friendly, welcoming vibe in the restaurant, both fellow team members and customers.
  • Work bar shits, mainly over the evenings and weekends.
  • Develop an expert understanding of wines, spirits, beers, coffee, tea and drinks with a focus on provenance sustainability and why we use them.
  • Bar service, including drinks presentation and drinks preparation/production. This involves making fresh cold-pressed juices, and alcohol mixes, garnishes and coffees etc.
  • Experienced in making cocktails and mocktails and serving other refreshments, including barista experience.
