Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic and experienced executive assistant/social media manager to work collaboratively with management. The assistant is responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, overseeing the check-in process for classes, addressing questions, content creation of daily social media posts, assisting in inventory tracking/ordering, maintaining and developing company policies & procedure manuals, creating class recipe cards, assisting in live-streaming of classes, in addition to any other appropriate assignments. To be successful, you must be well organized, have excellent communication, writing, editing and time management skills. Full-time salaried with benefits.
Duties and Core Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok and Twitter.
- Analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
- Well-versed in Windows and MS Office environment.
- Time management skills.
- At least 2 years prior experience in social medial content creation.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant.
