The Field Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of local marketing plans to impact positive same-store sales, align brand standards, and support further restaurant growth and positive cultural impact.
Goals will include establishing a strong brand voice with clear market positioning at the local level to increase brand loyalty in the communities we serve.
The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies, provide feedback, working hand in hand with the Restaurant Support Center Marketing functions.
Key liaison between Operations and Marketing teams in support our strategic sales initiatives.
