Who we are looking for:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who have a genuine passion for good food with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team with a positive attitude and have good written and verbal communication skills.
Purpose of the role:
To work as part of a team and also be able to use their own initiative ensuring the restaurant runs in a smooth and efficient manner, delivering the highest possible standards of service throughout.
Responsibilities include:
- Builds relationships and delivers legendary customer service by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude, greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner upon entering the restaurant and throughout their visit
- Staying up to date with latest menu/drinks changes and product knowledge
- Anticipate customer needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
- Cash handling
- Clearing and relaying tables as specified and shown
- Adhere to all health and safety and food safety procedures and policies given to you during your induction
- Ensuring the restaurant is clean and presentable to the highest standard at all times
- Must uphold the Wulf & Lamb company ethos, standards and policies at all times, including those for cash handling, customer service, security and health and safety to ensure the safety of self, customers and the rest of the team
Waiter/s salary and benefits: Starting competitive salary – £12
