Commis Chef key responsibilities:
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
The Successful Commis Chef will:
Have previous experience in a similar role
Experience working with a fresh and seasonal food
Enjoy working in a very busy environment
Be an excellent communicator
Build effective and constructive relationships
Happily work as part of a small team
