Restaurant Manager wanted for busy Vegan Pizzeria and Cafe in Bethnal Green, London.
After a huge refurbishment the Pizza Shop is reopen and we are looking for an experienced manager to join us and lead the team.
Requirements
- An experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager from a high pace high level service restaurant
- Able to manage all aspects of the restaurant including dine in, collection and delivery
- Amazing customer service and communications skills and be able to lead a team
- Knowledge in arranging day to day operations to max revenue
- Work as part of the team on quiet days and manage the team on busy days
What the job entails
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be in charge of the restaurant team, ensuring they maintain the high standards that have been set.
- You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop the team, maximise profits and minimise costs
- Oversee the restaurant floor during service, ensuring each guest receives the best possible experience
- Develop and build relationships with both new and existing customers
- Conduct staff training
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Agreeing and managing budgets
- Planning menus with head chef
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
- Overseeing stock levels
- Ordering supplies
- Creating revenue from different sources /catering /promoting takeaway / offices etc….
- Candidate requirements
Salary will be £30 – 35k per annum depending on experience +28 days paid holiday per annum and pension benefits.
